Our Commitment

Petrosea Energies UK Limited is committed to conducting its oil and gas operations in a manner that protects the health and safety of our employees, contractors, partners, and the communities in which we operate, while safeguarding the environment.

 

We believe that safe operations are disciplined operations. No commercial objective overrides the protection of people or the environment.

 

Health & Safety

  • Providing a safe and healthy working environment

  • Preventing injury, ill health, and unsafe conditions

  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks

  • Maintaining robust emergency preparedness and response procedures

  • Ensuring all personnel are competent, trained, and properly supervised

  • Encouraging a culture where hazards are reported without hesitation

 

We expect every employee and contractor to take personal responsibility for safety and to stop work where conditions are unsafe.

 

Environmental Responsibility

As an oil and gas operator, we recognise the importance of responsible environmental stewardship.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Petrosea Energies Ltd will comply with all applicable UK legislation, including but not limited to:

 

  • Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974

  • Offshore Installations (Safety Case) Regulations 2005

  • Environmental Protection Act 1990

 

Where operations extend beyond the UK, we will comply with all applicable local laws and international standards.

 

Continuous Improvement

We are committed to continuous improvement of our HSE performance through:

 

  • Regular audits and inspections

  • Incident investigation and corrective action

  • Performance monitoring and reporting

  • Leadership accountability at all levels

 

HSE performance will be reviewed periodically by senior management to ensure alignment with best practice and evolving regulatory standards.

The Board and senior management of Petrosea Energies Ltd are accountable for ensuring that this policy is implemented effectively.
